You’ll have full access to the program for 8 weeks from your start date. We understand health can be unpredictable. That’s why we provide a 2-week grace period if you’re physically unable to complete your workouts due to hospitalization or other treatment-related complications. Just reply to our check-in message near the end of your program to request this extension.
Yes! With any exercise program it is recommended to consult with your doctor, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

No, individuals can participate during treatment, post treatment, or even long after treatment with appropriate modifications.

Yes! This program is designed to be done anywhere you are comfortable. Some peoples immune systems are compromised. This allows the individual to be in a safe environment.

We are happy you want to make a change in your health! Our program is designed to accommodate with modifications provided for each exercise to suit different levels, including beginners.
The program includes a mix of strength training, flexibility exercises, balance training, and some aerobic exercises.
This is an 8 week course that includes 2 workouts a week, extra videos that include breathing exercises, mild cardiovascular exercises, stretching exercises, and lymphedema exercises.
